Addison is a little unsure these days - she didn't arrive in the best shape and is still learning to trust. Underneath the fear and poor coat is a sweet little dog that wants so much to be loved. 	George Constanza adult male Chihuahua (Pure) George Costanza is a fortunate fellow. After 6 months of living alone in a house with 3 other dogs after their owner died and being fed by the neighbors when they could do it, he was finally turned over to rescue. George is really enjoying getting to interact with people again, he was loved and taken care of until his owner passed away. George is 9 years old and weighs 11lbs, he has a beautiful unique brown/brindle coat. He is a friendly boy that loves attention! George Costanza will need an adult-only home now and in the future. He was found as a stray and we kept expecting his owner to reclaim him, but no one ever did. He looks even more "pug like" in person. Adopt Lewis today! 	Hickey Freeman adult male Beagle (Mix) Sign him for the next Jenny Craig spokesdog! No longer morbidly obese, Hickey has lost TEN pounds; he is now a svelte 43lbs. Only a few pounds till he hits his target weight. His foster mom has discovered that Hickey loves to go on walks and rides great in the car. Hickey is a beagle/basset hound mix, about 6-7 years old, and has a voice that any hound lover would swoon over! This adorable gentleman has perfect house manners, loves to play with other dogs, and does great with children. While he will never be a long legged supermodel, Hickey's charming personality is sure to win over anyone who can look past his current state of chubbiness. 	Lords a Leaping adult male Terrier (Cairn Terrier) Lords a Leaping has a confession to make: he’s a terrier. He’s a rootin’, tootin’, territorial, squirrel chasing, life of the party terrier. As a terrier, he needs someone that knows how to deal with his terrier shenanigans. He is a fun, happy boy that absolutely adores his special people and sometimes gets a little greedy about it and doesn’t like to share. But, he is an attentive dog that listens well so if you ask him nicely (and clearly), he is eager to please! Lords is good with other dogs and likes to play with them, but as a terrier, he likes to make up the game and the rules. Don’t let his enthusiastic personality fool you at adoptions, yes, he’s got a little wild child in him, but when you want him to, he will curl up for a nice, calm cuddle. He loves going on walks, and he will tell all the birds and squirrels he sees to keep a safe distance on your strolls. Also known as "Teeny," Ovaltine is a very sweet and loving boy. He does fine with other dogs and cats. SmallDog Rescue considers Ovaltine ("Teeny") a permanent foster. Teeny has multiple health issues, but SmallDog Rescue is committed to paying for his medical care for as long as he is with us. Teeny's foster family are committed to providing him love, care and a home for the rest of his life, however long that may be.
