Found as a stray, Cha Cha has clearly been through a lot so she's a little scared right now, but should settle in once she feels more safe. Cha Cha will need an adult-only home now and in the future. SmallDog Rescue considers Cha Cha a permanent foster. She has multiple health issues, but SmallDog Rescue is committed to paying for her medical care for as long as she is with us.
